Architecture
We believe that successful design originates from listening to the clients’ needs, implementing explicit concepts and transforming them into physical form. Architectural services, both commercial and residential are provided by Licensed Architects at CRE8. Our Architectural Staff is well trained in current building codes, Fair Housing Act, and other safety issues that may arise in your project. As professionals, it is required that we maintain continued education in order to remain licensed, therefore we are kept up to date with current trends and technology.
Engineering
Our Engineering Department is comprised of Structural Electrical, and plumbing design professionals. All aspects of design can be provided by our experienced staff to meet your needs. Our Structural Engineering department focuses on general architectural projects and has particular strengths in RCC and steel design. On-site inspections of existing structures and analysis of possible Damaged Structures, New design and Consultations allow our team to solve the issues you will encounter in your construction project. CRE8 focuses on innovative methods to provide pleasure and comfort to the structures inhabitants.
